Black and Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) Directory
SOH, Inc & New Hanover County NAACP seeks your participation in the BIPOC Provider Directory. This directory will allow BIPOC in the counties of New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender the ability to connect with providers who are also BIPOC. Representation of BIPOC providers can have an immense impact on a patient’s health outcome by eliminating explicit and implicit racial bias, reducing lack of trust, improving access to care, and reducing health disparities overall. In the directory, readers will find providers’ contact information, translation services, insurance coverage/acceptance, and information on payment options.
