Meet our Staff

SOH Team

Our efforts have resulted in positive changes, strong partnerships, and expanded programs. Thanks to our capacity-building and resource stewardship work, we have grown our team of staff members. Our staff's valuable contributions have increased our capacity for outreach, education, and mobile testing, allowing us to achieve our mission of making a measurable difference in the community.

Bonetta Spratley is the SOH Time Coordinator. Her primary role is to encourage self-care and healthy behaviors among individuals living with HIV who experience remote living and social anxiety. She achieves this through peer-to-peer interactions that help to build rapport, respect, and trust. 

Dejuan Willis.png

Dejuan Willis, is at the forefront of SOH, Inc.'s HIV/STD education and prevention initiatives as the Integrated Targeted Outreach Worker, managing program quality and data. Dejuan works closely with community partners, and supervises outreach personnel.

Stephanie Moore Hastings.png

Stephanie Moore Hastings, keeps office operations running smoothly and efficiently as the Program Administrator. She ensures that all programs are recorded, tracked, and maintained . In addition, Stephanie connects SOH with community partners, ensuring a seamless network of support for SOH participants.

Christopher Marville, the Peer Support and Outreach Worker has been a resident of Wilmington, NC since 2009. Christopher provides STI screening and is a liaison for SOH partnerships. Christopher uses lived experience to erase the stigma behind HIV and give newly diagnosed individuals in the community mental and medical support.

Rhamel Easterling, the Program Assistant makes essential contributions to SOH's mission by supporting logistics and advocating for the cause to make a positive difference in the community.

Christian Ross, the Program Assistant (Youth Outreach) collaborates closely with program coordinators and directors to ensure youth programs are accessible, engaging, and impactful.

Naomy Garcia-Hernandez is a Health Equity Bonner Fellow and sophomore at UNCW, majoring in Biology with a concentration in pre-health. Working with SOH, she deepens her understanding of both the organization's

mission and the community we serve.
