At SEEDS of Healing Inc. (SOH) we care first and foremost about the safety of our community.
It is important for you to practice preventative actions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to protect yourself and others from the virus:

Get vaccinated

Stay at home when sick and isolate from others, to avoid the spread of disease for at least 5 days.

Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

Cover both mouth and nose with a face mask.

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer that contains 60% alcohol.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects daily with disinfectants (diluted household bleach - 5 tablespoons of bleach per gallon of water or alcohol solutions with at least 70% alcohol).
